Programs & Impact
SIENNA HBCU Innovation Fellowship
A year-long fellowship placing top HBCU students inside SIENNA client engagements, giving them real-world consulting experience and a pathway to full-time careers.
Campus Innovation Labs
We co-design and fund innovation labs on HBCU campuses, equipping students and faculty with the tools, methodology, and mentorship to launch ventures and solve community challenges.
Executive Education Partnership
SIENNA delivers executive education programs at partner HBCUs, bringing our consulting methodology directly to the next generation of business and civic leaders.
Community Transformation Initiative
Pro-bono and subsidized consulting engagements for community development organizations, nonprofits, and local governments in underserved communities.
